Day 28 of 84
Things are going fairly well. Except I weighed myself this morning and the scale has not gone down. It's been a week since I last weighed... At least it didn't go up. Right?
Didn't do workout yesterday so I "made it up" today. Sure did kick my butt. Felt like puking afterwards! I guess that's good, right? I am constantly improving and that must been good things are happening. They just aren't happening fast enough. Anyone ever feel that way???

It will happen and you know it will. Keep doing what your doing. Make sure food is 100% right on....that's the most important (and hardest) part.
