Day 23 of 84
Things are moving along very smoothly. It's kinda scary in a way! I haven't gone this long on the bfl program in FOREVER!!!
My hubby and I started Chantix today! Our quit date is 6Nov07!!!! We are going to do it!

Day 19 of 84
Had a good day today! Ran a practice test. Didn't run it where I need it to be but I did good enough (for me)!! Especially considering that it was 39 degrees this morning (they made us run outside).
Made chili tonight for dinner. Bought stuff for minestrone soup but haven't made it yet. I figure that is a great way to get my vegetables in!! :-)

Day 17 of 84
Things are going along very smoothly. It's almost scary! I keep thinking, "When am I going to give up on it?"... You know? Another thing that's pretty scary is that I actually wanted to go to the gym tonight (even though I got my workout done this morning). I didn't go workout though b/c I was at the school until 7:30 and hubby wanted to do something tonight (that's why I did my lbwo this morning!).
I am on my THIRD week! I am so proud of myself!! :-) TOM showed up today (which is unusual b/c I don't usually start until the end of the month) so I don't think I am going to weigh on Sunday. I am afraid to... I don't want anything to discourage me. I think I will wait until my fourth week and then take pics & measurements too. What do you think?

Only 69 days left! :-)
I didn't want to go to the gym after work tonight but I did it anyways. And I feel incredible!!! I only ate four times today... It was a busy day and I had a test to take at school. I had to finish up my homework and study for that test. Too many things got in the way. And the amazing thing is... I wasn't even that hungry! But I can tell you that my body DEFINITELY tells me when it's time to eat. It's amazing!!
Can't wait to hear how everyone is doing!!!... Spill it!

Day 9 of 84
I am doing great. I sweated my butt off again this morning! Great workout. I was going to do sprints tonight but I am so tired!! It wasn't on my list of goals for the day so I don't feel guilty at all. I did my bfl cardio. You know?
We are having mac n chz and totinos pizza for dinner. Neither one of us feel like cooking tonight. BAD US!! At least we didn't go out to eat. Right?

I feel so AWESOME!!!... Even though I can't tell any changes, I feel incredible. I am so proud of myself!! I walk into the gym and I feel like I own the place! Ha ha ha... I remember I used to feel that way at the gym I used to go to when I did the BFL in the past (and actually stuck the 12-weeks out). And I haven't even been on the program that long.
I took my College Algebra test today and I got ONE HUNDRED PERCENT!!!!!!!!... How awesome is that? I clicked on the done button and was just shocked to see 100%!!! :-)
I did my cardio from Saturday before my lbwo tonight. I sweated the WHOLE DARN time. I have NEVER sweated that much during cardio before. Do you think it's b/c my metabolism is revved up or what?? It was great!!! (on a side note: today was the first day of the exercise (I'm in the Air Force), I went to class after work and I was EXHAUSTED (I didn't get to bed until about 0100 this morning) but I made myself go to the gym!! Another proud moment for me!!!)

DAy 5 of 84
Great day today!!... I ran 2 miles. YIPPEE!! I stuck to my meal plan... kinda. I only ate four meals today. I have to work on that. But they were all really good meals. I made turkey meatloaf, mashed potatoes and green beans for dinner tonight. It was so good!!!
Things are really well. I cannot wait to start seeing results!

80 days left!! :-)
I had a little slip up this evening with the food. I had some candy. Not too much but enough to make me not feel good. It's amazing how fast the body becomes acclimated to eating good!! I am glad for it, though, b/c it's helped me to get back on track REAL quick!!
Work out was good. Except I couldn't get up to a 6 RPM, I had it between 5.5-5.7 the whole time. My body has been extremely sore the past few days. I've been stretching but it doesn't seem to be helping. I will just keep on doing what I'm doing b/c my husband says he can notice a difference!! :-)

Day 2 of 84
Awesome day today!!!... I did everything I set out to do! It ended on a poor note though. I had a salami sandwich (which, btw, I feel like puking now) and some Mt Dew. Obviously those things were NOT on my list. I am just going to note it and move on though. Too many good things happened today to far outweigh the bad! :-)
Onto Day THREE!!! I am so excited. I can't wait to start seeing changes!

So it's been a while!... I have quit smoking! I got sick with bronchitis (and was thinking about quitting anyways) and quit on 29Sep07. I posted my goals on bodyforlife-tracker.com! I am ready to move forward with this new challenge!!! :-) Started today and will end on 30Dec. Can't think of a better way to end 2007!!!!!
