Day 51 of 84

WELL!!!!!!!... I fell off the wagon for about 2.5 weeks. Kinda pissed at myself but nothing I can do about it now. Right? Except for keep moving forward. I am using my success journal along this journey and it is definitely helping me be more accountable (that is WHEN I actually use it)!!

I have, actually, been doing some form of cardio (whether stationary bike or running/walking) every day except weekends but not doing the BFL workouts for the last 2.5 weeks. Soooooo... I just keep thinking about how further along I would be IF I would have kept up with my workouts. I get so mad at myself b/c I don't know WHY I do this. I do really good on a program, start to see changes and then I stop. I did that AGAIN this time around. I actually lost 10 lbs and 4 inches from my waist in the first FOUR weeks!!!!! You can tell a significant improvement in my pictures. WHAT THE HELL IS WRONG WITH ME?!?!?!?!...

Oh well, like Bill Phillips says on Day 40 in the success journal: "If you miss a workout, you miss it. Put it behind you and move on!" (even though I missed MORE than A workout, I will put it behind me and move on!!!!!!)

Day 30 of 84

Well... I have lost a total of 10 lbs and 4-inches from my waist. I am so very proud of myself!!!!!!! But... I have been slackin! I don't know why... And with all these great things going on with my body, you would think that would make me wanna workout and eat right EVEN MORE! Right???

Any advice would be helpful!!!!!

Day 25 of 84

I had a killer workout this morning. I went up on speed. I couldn't believe it! It just came natural. I feel AWESOME!

My hubby commented on being able to tell that my tummy is smaller. My Commander's secretary said that I look like I'm losing weight.

HOW EXCITING!!!!... And only more to come!
