DAy 5 of 84

Great day today!!... I ran 2 miles. YIPPEE!! I stuck to my meal plan... kinda. I only ate four meals today. I have to work on that. But they were all really good meals. I made turkey meatloaf, mashed potatoes and green beans for dinner tonight. It was so good!!!

Things are really well. I cannot wait to start seeing results!
