I had a little slip up this evening with the food. I had some candy. Not too much but enough to make me not feel good. It's amazing how fast the body becomes acclimated to eating good!! I am glad for it, though, b/c it's helped me to get back on track REAL quick!!
Work out was good. Except I couldn't get up to a 6 RPM, I had it between 5.5-5.7 the whole time. My body has been extremely sore the past few days. I've been stretching but it doesn't seem to be helping. I will just keep on doing what I'm doing b/c my husband says he can notice a difference!! :-)
