Well today is day 15! I'm still going strong but feeling a little sad. I didn't realize that it's been 1/2 a month already until I was telling one of my friends that it's day 15 on the program. I'm actually excited!! I've started and stopped the BFL program so many times in the past and this is the longest that I have gone since Jan-Apr 2003!! That is really good for me. BUT... at the same time I WANT TO SEE RESULTS LIKE YESTERDAY!! :-) I know I have to be patient, as my husband so lovingly reminds me, but it's hard right now. I just keep focused b/c I want to see results when we weigh and measure and take pics in a couple of weeks.

15 days....say it with me...15 days....girl, cut yourself some slack! It didn't take 15 days to gain and it won't come off in 15 days either :) You are doing so well, don't get discouraged if you don't see much happening yet. I didn't really see much until I hit week 8 and it was like BAM- RESULTS...FINALLY! Just keep truckin and know that consistency will produce results. You're doing great!

15 days...you wil see changes. Remember from teh tracker, most women show changes the most in week 8. I think it depends on how much you have to lose to begin with. You can do it. Just remember why you wanted to start this in teh beginning and keep it with you. Post pictures all around you of what your goals are. I love that. I have a calendar I got from Oxygen mag that I keep on my refrigerator and I record my workouts on it. Whatever works, you can do it.

Thanks guys!... I have the Oxygen magazine calendar and I also keep track of my workouts. :-) Awesome idea. I know that I just have to just keep trekking along and the results will follow. Patience is the best! Right? :-) Thanks again!!
