Well, first off, I have given into my temptations for the cigarettes! I had about four or five Saturday night and then I bought a pack Sunday morning. Oh well, what can ya do?!? I am sure I will try quitting again real soon.

Went for a run/walk on Saturday and Sunday, probably about a mile. Did aerobics on Monday, walked on the treadmill on Tuesday (2 miles) b/c it was so darn windy out here (plan was to run outside), kickboxing on Wednesday and ran 1.5 miles for my practice P.T. test today.

Met with my First Sergeant yesterday and received an LOC (Letter of Counseling) for not passing my fitness test. Overall: zero pts for my waist circumference, 21 pts for my 1.5 mile run at 19:15, 4 pts for 5 pushups in one minute and 9 pts for 45 situps in one minute. A total of 34.00 pts! BAD!!!... I need at least 70 pts for a marginal score. And I have until 6-Jul to test again and if I don't receive AT LEAST 70 pts I will have to meet with my Commander! I am working towards the 70 pts goal as we speak (so to say)!...

One good thing came from meeting with my First Sergeant yesterday. I have been keeping a food diary every now and then but haven't been keeping track of calories or fat grams. WELL... he wants me to keep a food diary EVERY day and track my calories and fat grams and he will check it once a week. This man is hard core so I know that I won't be eating anything bad until I pass my fitness test! Both good and bad that he wants to see my food diary. There will be no lying or leaving stuff out. If he ever finds out (I don't know how he would, but...), I could get in big trouble, mister! Just knowing that he is going to check it has helped me out A LOT the past couple of days. I know with the BFL you are supposed to track everything anyways well I hadn't been doing that. Nor have I been eating authorized foods all the time. WELL now I have no choice. I should be losing weight fast now. Don't ya think?!?!

And if you lie on the diary, it will show when it comes test time girl! You can do this, you've GOT to push yourself and work harder than you have before. Don't want to sound like a rag, just really want you to succeed and do well on your new test. It's getting serious now, your career is on the line! Now rock these next couple of months and show your commander what you've got! :)
