I did a whole lot of soul searching over the weekend. I worked out a plan for myself and so far, so good!

Here are my goals for the week:
1. I will lose at least 1 lb.
2. I will do 15 pushups in 1 min.
3. I will do 47 situps in 1 min.
4. I will run 1.5 miles in 18:00.

Here were my daily goals for Monday:
1. I will push self at aerobics. -DONE
2. I will stick to meal plan for day. -DONE (with one little mishap this evening, ice cream cone)
3. I will believe in myself! - DONE
4. I will post daily accomplishments to blog. -DONE
5. I will take measurements & pics. -DONE
6. I will do pushups & situps every hr on hr, even at home. -Not even close! (Do better tomorrow)

I have another fitness test on Thursday, 6Jul and my goals are more geared towards that than anything right now b/c I HAVE to pass if I want a career in the Air Force!! :-) I can tell you that I DO want it to be MY choice, that's for sure! I am very proud of myself for today's accomplishments. I am a work in progress...
