Today went fairly well. Except I did not wake up to go to the gym this morning so I decided that I would go after work. Well, after work, all I wanted to do was come home and rest. I was pooped from the stress of the day. So I told myself that I would at least do my weight lifting program today (since today was my first day of the program). Needless to say, I didn't do that either! I got home and fell asleep. I woke up at 8:30 and ate dinner. Started getting myself together for tomorrow and I'm STILL working on that. So, today was a workout disaster but I will figure out what works for me and start doing it. I HAVE to start doing it.

Goals for today:
1. I will go to the gym and start 90 day "Get Fit" running program. -No
2. I will stick to meal plan for day. -DONE
3. I will believe in myself! -DONE
4. I will post daily accomplishments to blog. -DONE
5. I will do pushups & situps every hr on hr, even at home. -Did pushups at work every hr on hr
6. I will start weight lifting program & keep detailed notes. -No

Goals for meal plan are to consume 1800 calories. Today wasn't very good but I did stick to meal plan. I only got 1218.5 calories. Like I said yesterday, I am a work in progress!!
